24-hour dispatch guarantee
The 24-hour dispatch guarantee applies only to courier deliveries with cash on delivery. Orders with payment by traditional bank transfer or online transfer are dispatched on the next working day at the latest, counting from the time the payment is recorded in our account.
In cases such as large orders, individual valuations, as well as in exceptional cases which occur sporadically, e.g. technical failures, periods of exceptional increase in the number of orders, etc., the dispatch of goods may be slightly prolonged. We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Ordered goods are delivered via courier service InPost or Pocztex. Depending on the customer's choice.

For orders where the price (of the products themselves without shipping) exceeds: PLN 500 shipping is free of charge. Applies both to cash on delivery and prepaid shipments.

International shipping
Shipping abroad is only possible if the order has been prepaid by bank transfer. We do not send COD orders abroad. We will dispatch your order only after the payment has been credited to our account. The cost of international delivery will be calculated automatically after the country to which the order is to be sent has been selected.
Free shipping for orders
Free shipping applies to all delivery options for orders with a product value over PLN 500 within Poland. For all foreign orders over PLN 1,000 delivery will also be free.
Safe delivery
The Customer should check the condition of the goods and their conformity with the order with the Courier at the time of delivery. If the goods are incomplete or damaged, the Customer is obliged, in the presence of the Courier, to draw up a complaint report (this is the only basis for accepting the claim of incompleteness of the goods), including a description of the defect or damage. The Customer should then inform us of the situation.
Claims for damaged products can be submitted within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of shipment. The written report should be sent to the address of our shop together with the proof of purchase. Replacement of the equipment with a new one is only possible if the above conditions are met. The new goods will only be sent once our shop has received the product that is the subject of the complaint.
